The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Caledonia that are seeking Inside Sales Representatives. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage relationships with existing and potential customers via phone and email.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the assigned territory or product lines.

- Generate and submit accurate price quotes and proposals in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with external sales teams and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and product lifecycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
