LPN FT Day

Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a compassionate LPN FT Day to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, serving patients in underserved communities with a focus on holistic health and wellness. In this full-time day-shift role, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and providers, including administering medications, performing treatments, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with clinical procedures. You will support patient assessments by gathering health histories, documenting symptoms, updating electronic health records, and reporting changes in patient condition promptly to the care team. Partnering closely with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary team members, you will help implement care plans, reinforce discharge instructions, provide patient and family education on disease management and preventive care, and promote health literacy aligned with our mission of community wellness. You will coordinate patient flow, prepare exam rooms, maintain infection control and safety standards, and ensure that supplies and equipment are properly stocked and organized.
