Home Health Speech Language Pathologist

CenterWell Home Health seeks a compassionate Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to deliver skilled, in-home speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing services. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy that promotes autonomy, safety, and improved quality of life.
