Accounting Technician

If accounting cycles and financial statements hold no secrets for you, and you enjoy understanding the “why” behind the numbers, join our team as an Accounting Technician.
You will play a key role in full-cycle bookkeeping and monthly financial follow-ups, working closely with management.

• Maintain full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping
• Prepare monthly financial statements and participate in month-end closing
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Prepare tax filings (GST/QST) and government remittances
• Participate in payroll processing and support management with required follow-ups
• Contribute to the improvement of accounting and financial processes

• College diploma (DEC) in accounting or equivalent experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar full-cycle role
• Strong autonomy, excellent prioritization skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to understand and explain financial data
• Team player with initiative
• Knowledge of Acomba software (an asset)
