My client is looking for a Senior Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join their organisation in Cork. This is a permanent role. Key Skills and Experience Minimum 8 years' experience delivering AI, data, and analytics solutions within pharmaceutical or life sciences supply chain environments. Strong expertise in supply chain functions including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, logistics, manufacturing, and planning. Proven experience leading enterprise AI and data transformation programs with measurable business outcomes. Deep understanding of data governance, regulatory compliance, and quality standards within highly regulated industries. Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML technologies, cloud data platforms, predictive analytics, and business intelligence tools. Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders. Responsibilities Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of AI and data initiatives across global supply chain operations. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through advanced analytics, automation, and predictive modelling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across supply chain, IT, quality, and commercial functions to deliver scalable solutions. Drive data governance, data quality, and compliance initiatives aligned with pharmaceutical and life sciences standards. Manage internal teams, external vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of transformation programs. Provide strategic leadership on emerging AI technologies and support long-term digital transformation objectives across the organization.
