Managing financial accounting and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. Assessing and managing financial risks, including investments and cash management. Providing financial guidance and support to other departments within the organization. Leading budgeting processes and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaborating with external auditors and regulatory bodies to address financial issues. Evaluating and overseeing financial systems to optimize efficiency and accuracy. Presenting financial reports and analysis to the executive team and board of directors.
