Full-Desk Recruitment Manager
to lead and develop a growing Business Development function while also operating as a high-performing full-desk recruiter. This is a
hands-on leadership role
where you will be responsible for: Managing and supporting a team of 2–3 BD consultants (with growth to 10+) Driving your own new business and client acquisition activity Delivering end-to-end recruitment across your own desk You will be expected to lead from the front — setting the standard in both
business development and candidate delivery , while helping scale Harnham’s presence across the West Coast Data & Analytics market. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development • Manage, coach, and develop a team of 2–3 Business Development Consultants (scaling toward 10+) • Support the team with live deal execution, client strategy, and pipeline development • Drive performance, accountability, and high activity standards across the BD function • Develop future leaders within the team and create a strong performance culture Business Development (Hands-On) • Personally generate and win new clients across the Data & Analytics market • Lead by example in outbound activity, pitching, and deal negotiation • Build and grow a strong portfolio of enterprise-level client relationships • Support wider team with complex negotiations and strategic client wins Candidate Delivery (Full Desk Execution) • Source, engage, and place top-tier Data & Analytics talent • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from outreach through to placement • Maintain strong candidate pipelines across niche technical skill sets • Deliver consistently on both retained and contingent hiring needs Market Expansion • Contribute directly to the expansion of Harnham’s West Coast footprint • Identify emerging market opportunities across Data, AI, and Analytics • Provide insight and feedback to shape team strategy and growth focus What We Offer • Competitive base salary of $90-110k • Uncapped commission (up to 30%) • Leadership responsibility with direct impact on US expansion • Opportunity to scale and structure a growing BD function • Fast-track progression into senior leadership / Director-level roles • High-visibility role with ownership over revenue and team growth About You We are looking for an experienced
Full-Desk Recruitment Leader or Senior Consultant
with a proven track record across both
business development and candidate delivery , as well as experience mentoring or managing junior consultants. You will bring: • Strong personal billing history in a full-desk or 360 recruitment role • Experience winning new clients and building long-term relationships • Confidence supporting and developing junior BD consultants • Ability to operate at pace across both sales and delivery • A hands-on, lead-from-the-front mentality
