Über
We're looking for a multi-disciplinary creative
who leads with design, moves confidently into video and motion, and knows how to make content that performs. You'll sit inside the creative team alongside senior designers and a Creative Director. When the design team hits capacity , you flex in . When social needs assets,
you deliver.
When a client needs ad creative across formats,
you own it . This is a role where your range is genuinely valued and showing up with new ideas
makes a real difference. What You'll Do Design Produce high-quality digital assets
across client accounts Resize and adapt assets
across formats and platforms
Video & Motion Edit short-form video
and
produce reels, social cuts, and repurposed content Create
basic motion graphics
and animated elements Understand how video performs
across platforms and adapt accordingly Social & Ad Creative Build visual content
for organic and paid social Produce ad creative in multiple formats
(static, animated, video) What You Bring 3–5 years
of hands-on creative experience ( agency experience is required) Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , Figma, and Canva
(required) Comfort with video editing tools
(Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar) A solid
understanding of social content, fluency in ad creative , some
experience with motion graphics tools
(huge plus) ,
and a genuine
curiosity about AI . A portfolio that shows range : static design, video, social content, and ideally, ad creative What We Offer We offer a competitive package including
