The company operates nationwide on contracts ranging up to €100m in various sectors, including Education, Leisure & Hospitality, Health, Residential, Industrial, Commercial and Retail. Due to their continued development and expansion, they are seeking a Project Manager to strengthen and enhance their team. They will also have other requirements coming up for a Site Engineer, Site Manager, Health & Safety Officer and Quantity Surveyor. Opportunities exist in Clare, Limerick and Galway, Responsibilities of Project Manager: Establish performance and delivery criteria, ensuring that client requirements are met Ensure compliance with project specifications Ensure compliance with project procedures - safety / quality/ etc. Maintain project information (project controls) Track and report at weekly client update meetings Planning of resources including labour, materials and subcontractors To manage and drive a large team to meet all project requirements and deadlines Monitor procurement / safety / costs/ etc. Must be an excellent communicator and have previous experience working on high-quality medium-and large-scale public and private contracts in various sectors: - Residential/Pharma/Commercial/Education/Health. BIM experience an advantage Tender Submission experience an advantage Requirements: You will be degree qualified in civil engineering / construction management. Trade background will also be considered. You will have 5+ years' proven experience of working with a medium or large-sized main building contractor in a project manager role. You must be capable of taking responsibility for a large project, ensuring the delivery of the project within time, cost and budget. You will be reporting to a Contracts Manager or Director who will support you in your role. Programming and method statement writing experience would be beneficial.
