As well as being proficient in all areas of the restaurant, the Shift Leader is also responsible for but to limited to:

• Ensuring proper quality (Quality Control or QC) of food and service
• Ensuring the practice of proper food safety and handling by the team
• Communication with the team in an efficient and proper manner
• Identifying and dealing with current and potential problems
• Maintaining organization and cleanliness during both peak and non peak hours of business
• Proper delegation of tasks pertaining to all of the above
• Being full aware of how Secret Shops, Health Inspections, and Steritech are conducted
• Cash management/handling
• Shift Management (Overseeing a crew of up to 10 Team Members)

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability
• Monday to Friday
