As a Multiline Representative, you'll be the person who understands the full picture of a customer's needs and helps connect the dots across multiple lines of coverage. What you'll do day to day:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers with questions across multiple product lines
  • Review accounts to ensure coverage is aligned as customers' needs change
  • Identify gaps or opportunities where additional protection may be beneficial
  • Support policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and claims follow-up
  • Document activity accurately to ensure continuity and compliance
  • Participate in office initiatives that improve customer experience and retention

What you bring to the team:

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics simply
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn multiple insurance products
  • Organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Comfort managing multiple types of customer requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous insurance, customer service, or sales experience preferred
  • Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (or willingness to obtain with agency support)
