Automotive Service Advisor

New Bern Auto Group is searching for Service Advisors to join their team! Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and dedicate yourself to providing the best customer service experience possible? We want to talk to you!! We have two positions open & expect them to fill quickly.

What you'll do:

• Check customer's vehicles in for service
• Discuss vehicle needs with customer
• Analyze remaining warranty, vehicle needs & vehicle history to recommend vehicle maintenance
• Offer additional needed services to guests and explains benefits
• Close out open tickets in a timely manner
• Provide an exceptional customer experience
• Communicate with customers while vehicle is being repaired
• Manage all open repair orders while in progress
