We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee various projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process management, project leadership, and IT infrastructure, with the ability to effectively manage project portfolios and schedules. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
*Responsibilities*
* Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
* Develop comprehensive project plans that outline project goals, timelines, resources, and budgets.
* Utilize project management tools such as SharePoint and Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
* Implement Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.
* Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing requirements or obstacles.
* Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
* Supervise team members, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
* Ensure adherence to PMBOK standards for project management practices.

* Proficient in project portfolio management techniques to prioritize projects effectively.
* Demonstrated project leadership skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
