We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Lean Six Sigma. This role requires excellent leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing project portfolios while ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
*Responsibilities*
* Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
* Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation through execution to closure.
* Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
* Develop and maintain project schedules using tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello.
* Implement change management processes to adapt to evolving project needs.
* Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
* Oversee budgeting and cost control measures to ensure financial accountability.
* Utilize quality management principles to maintain high standards throughout the project.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective program development and execution.
* Apply risk management techniques to mitigate potential project risks.
* Ensure compliance with PMBOK guidelines and best practices in project management.
*Skills*
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean Six Sigma).
* Proficient in project management software (Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Confluence).
* Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
* Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement and negotiation.
* Experience in program design and development with a focus on business process modeling.
* Ability to perform data analysis for informed decision-making.
* Knowledge of earned value management principles for tracking project performance.
* Familiarity with IT infrastructure projects and vendor management processes.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $98,433.87 - $118,544.02 per year
