*Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Lead the implementation, configuration, and training process for our suite of HR and payroll software solutions, collaborating closely with clients to understand their unique needs.
* Utilize your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and develop innovative solutions, working within existing software frameworks.
* Create engaging client training materials and resources to facilitate smooth software adoption and enhance user experience.
* Provide prompt and effective customer support and training ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
* Cultivate strong partnerships with clients, serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.
* Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
* Previous implementation experience in UKG Ready required. Experience with the HR module preferred.
* Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with keen attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed.
* Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
* Passion for technology and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,500.00 per year
