Scope & Responsibilities
Define specifications, architecture, circuit design, implementation, and verification of complete RFIC sub-systems Develop innovative RF signal path and synthesizer architectures for next-generation 6G products Perform transistor-level RFIC design and optimization in advanced CMOS technologies Collaborate closely with RF system and application engineers to define product specifications and performance targets Drive RFIC integration within complex RF SoC environments Support layout implementati...
