We are seeking a Lead Appian Developer / Technical Lead. This role will support Appian development, platform sustainment, production support, and enhancement efforts within an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
Lead Appian development and technical efforts
Develop and maintain Appian applications, workflows, and integrations
Support Appian Process Models, Records, SAIL Interfaces, and Data Fabric
Troubleshoot production issues and provide application support
Perform platform upgrades, hotfixes, and maintenance
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog grooming
Support cybersecurity and Section 508 compliance requirements
Requirements
5+ years of Appian development experience
Experience as a Lead Developer or Technical Lead
Strong experience with:
Appian SAIL
Process Models
Records
Integrations
Appian Data Fabric
Experience supporting production environments
Agile experience preferred
Federal experience preferred
Appian certifications are a plus
