The Retail Front End Team Leader provides leadership for the successful operation of the entire front-end of the store. Responsibilities include overseeing front-end, entrance, and exterior standards, managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, and shrink reduction, leading monthly safety meetings, assisting with hiring and development, supporting merchandising execution, and performing all Team Leader functions to open and close the store.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum of 12 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer, schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a positive attitude.

Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 35 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
