- Respond quickly and professionally to all internet leads and online inquiries
- Build strong customer relationships through personalized follow-up via phone, email, and text
- Guide customers through vehicle selection, providing accurate information on pricing, features, and financing
- Set and confirm appointments to drive showroom traffic and increase sales opportunities
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient handoff process
- Track all customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
- Stay current on inventory, promotions, and market trends to provide relevant, timely information
- Deliver a modern, seamless online-to-in-store buying experience
- Experience in internet sales, automotive sales, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skillsboth written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple leads while maintaining speed and attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Team player with a positive, customer-first attitude
- Valid driver's license required
- Automotive knowledge is a plusbut we're willing to train the right candidate
