This role allows you to have a direct impact on client growth and long term success thanks to your expertise in equipment financing, financial analysis, and relationship development. You work closely with business owners and internal partners to structure financing solutions that support investment, productivity, and expansion. In this role, you focus on understanding client challenges and translating them into sustainable and profitable financing strategies. Review financial statements and make credit recommendations for complex transactions
- Manage credit and leasing applications, including documentation and approvals
- Work with internal teams to ensure solutions meet client needs and align with risk standards
- Spot market opportunities and suggest improvements for sales and financing processes The Equipment Financing team supports Canadian businesses by providing tailored leasing and financing solutions that enable growth and operational efficiency across multiple industries. Within the Equipment Financing department, you are part of a collaborative team of business development professionals and report to a people leader within the sales organization. Your team stands out for its entrepreneurial mindset, strong market knowledge, and commitment to delivering practical financing solutions. Hold a university certificate with a minimum of five years of experience in financial services sales, or a bachelor’s degree with experience in financing or business development
- Demonstrated experience in equipment financing, leasing, or credit based sales within equipment intensive industries
- Strong ability to analyze financial statements and structure credit recommendations
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and higher value transactions
