Insurance Data Analytics Engineer, a full-time position focused on designing, building, and governing analytics-ready data assets in the P&C insurance sector to support business insights and decision-making. Key Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs and deliver scalable analytics solutions Design and maintain dashboards and reports using BI platforms like Sigma or Power BI Define data governance standards and monitor data performance for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field 5+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering within the insurance industry Strong experience with cloud data warehouses, particularly Snowflake, and transformation tools like dbt Solid understanding of dimensional modeling and modern data architectures Proficiency in SQL and experience working in Agile environments
