Work location: U.S. Remote Summary: We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support our sales organization by generating qualified opportunities, building strong prospect relationships, and helping accelerate revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys research and outreach, and collaborates effectively across teams. Essential Functions/Duties and Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Qualification
Identify, research, and engage prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, and social channels Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with target customer profiles Schedule high-quality, qualified sales meetings for Account Executives and sales leadership
Market & Prospect Research
Conduct in-depth research on industries, markets, and target accounts to uncover new opportunities Maintain a strong understanding of competitive landscape and customer needs Build and manage prospect lists and maintain accurate CRM records
Sales Support & Proposal Development
Partner with the sales team to respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals), RFIs, and other bid requests Assist in creating tailored sales proposals, presentations, and supporting materials Ensure timely and accurate completion of all proposal documentation
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align messaging and outreach strategies Gather feedback from prospects and customers to inform product and go-to-market improvements Help streamline internal processes to accelerate the sales cycle and improve conversion rates
Pipeline Management & Reporting
Track outreach activity, meeting conversion rates, and pipeline development metrics Provide regular updates and insights to sales leadership Continuously optimize outreach strategies based on performance data
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field Required 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar position; additional experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to research markets and identify key decision-makers Experience supporting RFP responses and proposal development is a plus Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms Key Competencies
