Job Purpose The Sales Project Coordinator will provide support to the sales operations team to accelerate the adoption of the Welldoc digital health platform. Responsibilities Manage various sales projects by maintaining detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. Document meeting minutes, create agendas, and assign action items. Facilitate communication among departments to ensure all milestones are met. Work with the internal salesforce team to assist with reporting and definition of project requirements. Work with the sales team to coordinate and track company responses to RFI's, RFP's and follow-ups from prospects. Assist with the maintenance and updates of RFP database. Provide support in preparation of client/prospect presentations and demos. Research various clients and prospects and present findings to sales team. Provide sales support for trade shows and other events. Assist with the maintenance and updates of SFDC Dashboards. Assist the COO with administrative tasks, which may include presentation support, running reports and coordinating meetings. Required Skills & Experience 3 or more years' experience in project management Proficient in the project life cycle from initiation through closure. Demonstrated ability to use project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office Suite/Microsoft Project Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) Excellent client facing and internal communication and presentation skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking Ability to remain collected and focused in a fast-paced, high pressure, dynamic environment Previous healthcare experience a plus Welldoc operates in ISO 13485 and MDSAP regulated and HITRUST and SOC 2 Type II compliant environments. Therefore, it is expected that all employees will have either prior experience working in those environments or will be trained to understand the requirements needed to work and support those requirements and culture as they relate to individual roles and responsibilities. Required Education Bachelors' degree highly preferred Compensation & Benefits Welldoc offers a competitive compensation package which, in addition to salary, includes generous PTO, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision care, life and disability insurance, retirement benefits. and the opportunity to participate in health savings accounts and/or dependent care accounts. While the anticipated salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $90,000/year with the expectation that most candidates will fall around the midpoint of the range. Exceptional candidates may exceed the range if education and experience warrant. Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment, you may be required to complete and clear a multi-panel drug screening process. This screening is in connection with requirements set by certain of the Company's customers, with which you may be working in this role, and will at all times be administered all applicable laws.
