Were working with a well-established specialist provider supporting individuals with complex needs, seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join their multidisciplinary team. This is a senior-level role offering the opportunity to combine hands-on clinical work with leadership, service development, and supervision. The Role: Manage a complex clinical caseload Deliver high-quality, evidence-based OT assessments and interventions Work as part of a multidisciplinary team Provide supervision and support to junior staff Contribute to service development and clinical governance What were looking for: CORU registered Occupational Therapist Experience working with complex needs (e.g. learning disabilities, mental health or neurodevelopmental conditions) Confident working at a senior level or ready to step up Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Whats on offer: Supportive, collaborative MDT environment Opportunities for leadership and progression Ongoing CPD and development Competitive salary/package #medahp
