Role requires extensive knowledge of the Novologix application Support and lead others to develop .NET web applications and Azure cloud services Create, implement, and ensure measures for successful execution Provide input regarding improvement goals for business divisions Independently perform ongoing system maintenance, research, and problem resolution Work with Novologix ARB to identify opportunities for technology improvements Direct groups to design, develop, and implement application projects Develop and execute strategies for application development aligned with business objectives Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Interface with business stakeholders to understand requirements Implement systems to ensure quality, reliability, and consistency of applications Coach and mentor junior-level team members Communicate regularly with external partners and clients Requirements:
7+ years of experience Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification Extensive knowledge of the Novologix application Proven experience of designing and delivering complex solutions for Novologix business users Ability to develop .NET web applications, Azure cloud applications, API services, and SQL Server tables Adept at problem solving and decision making Adept at collaboration and teamwork Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) Benefits:
