Oversee day-to-day HR operations while serving as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team Drive initiatives that strengthen workforce capability, leadership effectiveness, and organizational stability across a blended union and non-union manufacturing environment Ensure compliant, efficient HR processes while helping shape programs that support employee development, performance, and engagement Requirements:
8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments. Experience with union labor relations, including CBA administration and grievance management. Demonstrated ability to balance operational HR execution with broader workforce planning initiatives. Experience partnering closely with Finance and Payroll. Working knowledge of multi-state employment laws and wage and hour regulations. Willingness to maintain a regular onsite presence at our two locations. Advanced HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred. Benefits:
