Build and grow a new business pipeline through cold calling and outbound prospecting Close net-new customers across ocean import, drayage, customs brokerage, and domestic FTL/LTL Sell value-driven logistics solutions, not rate-based transactions Structure profitable deals and manage pricing and margins Transition accounts to operations while maintaining strategic oversight Consistently hit and exceed revenue and gross profit targets Requirements:
5+ years of logistics or freight forwarding sales experience Proven track record of hunting, prospecting, and closing new business Strong experience selling ocean freight, drayage, customs brokerage, and domestic FTL/LTL Strong understanding of pricing, margins, and carrier dynamics Benefits:
