Lead and manage sales activities across the assigned region to achieve revenue and performance targets Develop and oversee regional sales budgets while guiding territory representatives in building and executing their individual plans Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the company’s strategic growth objectives Train, coach, and develop outside sales representatives to enhance performance and professional growth Respond to customer inquiries and sales opportunities originating from regional offices, mills, and inside sales teams Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distribution partners Partner with inside sales to provide accurate product pricing, availability, and manufacturing lead times Identify and escalate large-scale or strategic opportunities to the National Accounts Sales Manager Work closely with operations, sales leadership, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred) 3+ years of sales management experience, ideally within manufacturing or building materials 3+ years of experience working within distribution sales channels Benefits:
