Full Time, Monday - FridayTravel required between Chicagoland locations ResponsibilitiesReferral Growth & Relationship DevelopmentBuild and maintain strong relationships with general dentists and referral partners across the Chicago marketExecute consistent outreach including office visits, events, and follow-up communicationIdentify and prioritize high-value, emerging, and at-risk referral partnersSupport doctors in strengthening key referral relationships through coordinated touchpointsMarketing Strategy & Campaign ExecutionDevelop and execute integrated marketing plans across all five locationsDrive patient acquisition through referral marketing, digital channels, and local initiativesCoordinate and execute events such as lunch and learns, community outreach, and referral activationsEnsure all locations have consistent, up-to-date, and brand-aligned marketing materialsAgency Management & Vendor CoordinationServe as the primary point of contact for external marketing agencies and vendors (PPC, SEO, website, creative)Manage agency performance, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business goalsReview campaign performance and provide strategic direction to optimize resultsPartner with agencies on budget allocation, reporting, and ongoing improvementsData Analysis, KPI Tracking & ReportingTrack key metrics including referral trends, patient volume, and campaign performanceAnalyze data to identify growth opportunities and areas of concernProvide regular reporting and insights to doctors and leadershipAdjust marketing strategies based on performance and business needsDigital Presence, Social Media & Reputation ManagementOversee accuracy and performance of Google Business Profiles, websites, and online listingsOwn and manage social media presence across locations, including content planning, posting, and engagementCoordinate with doctors and teams to capture content that reflects patient experience and clinical expertisePartner with agencies or internal resources to execute paid and organic social strategiesMonitor and improve online reputation and patient reviewsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Practice Managers and doctors to align marketing with scheduling and production goalsCollaborate with operations and leadership to prioritize growth opportunitiesSupport onboarding of new referral partners and maintain long-term engagementBudget & Resource ManagementAssist in managing marketing budgets across locationsEvaluate ROI on marketing initiatives and recommend optimizationsEnsure effective allocation of resources to high-impact activities QualificationsRequirements:High School Dipolma or GED3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, dental, or field-based rolesPreferred Skills/Experience:Experience managing agencies or external marketing partners preferredExperience with social media management and content planningStrong understanding of digital marketing including Google Ads, SEO, and reputation managementProven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategiesExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple locations and prioritiesSelf-starter who can operate both strategically and tacticallyWe OfferCompetitive compensation with performance-based incentivesBenefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Flexible Spending Accounts, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and much more! Specialized Dental Partners, its affiliates, related companies and independently owned supported clinical practices are proud to be Equal Opportunity Employers.
