About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Supervisor to lead and support a high-volume inside sales team within the aviation industry. This role is responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, coaching team members, driving quoting activity, and ensuring strong customer engagement and follow-through.
This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong aviation knowledge, team leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support daily operations of the inside sales team Review and manage quoting activity, follow-ups, and order progression Act as escalation point for complex customer and sales-related issues Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and productivity Ensure adherence to sales processes, policies, and operational procedures Oversee high-volume communication including calls, emails, and data entry Build and maintain strong customer relationships through team execution Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives Monitor individual and team performance against sales targets and KPIs Drive accountability and performance within a fast-paced sales environment What We're Looking For
Aviation experience required (aircraft parts knowledge preferred) Strong background in inside sales, customer service, or aviation operations 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience required Experience managing quotes, orders, and customer follow-ups Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment Strong coaching and team development abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Background check and drug screening required Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of inside sales experience Experience in a quota-driven or performance-based environment Experience within aviation, airlines, MRO environments, or aircraft parts operations Experience leading teams in fast-paced operational settings Why Candidates Are Interested in This Opportunity
