Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and lead generation activities (80 - 100 calls per day) Identify and engage potential clients across target industries (Healthcare is highly preferred) Schedule meetings and generate qualified sales opportunities for leadership and sales teams (8-10 qualified meetings per month) Build and maintain prospect pipelines using CRM systems and lead generation platforms Research target companies, decision-makers, and market opportunities Collaborate with internal leadership to refine outreach strategies and messaging Requirements:
2+ years of experience as an SDR, Inside Sales Representative, Outbound Specialist or similar outbound sales roles C1 English Experience working in startup or small-company environments in the SaaS / healthcare/medical device/pharma industry Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc) Professional communication and relationship-building abilities Big plus: Exposure to HIPAA-compliant environments or healthcare-related technology solutions.
