We’re looking for an Information Technology Manager to be the driving force behind our technology strategy, shaping how systems, infrastructure, and support come together across multiple locations to keep the business running seamlessly. This role will lead and develop a team of IT Support Engineers while overseeing day-to-day IT operations. This is a fully onsite role in our Jacksonville, FL office. What You’ll Be Doing Manage, mentor, and develop a team of IT support professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery Oversee daily administration and performance of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, ensuring system reliability and user support Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of technology solutions that improve business operations and efficiency Manage and support network infrastructure, including WAN/LAN, VPN connectivity, and firewall operations Support disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP) efforts, including testing and documentation updates Collaborate with department leaders and stakeholders to identify technology needs and support operational improvements Monitor IT-related expenses and assist with budgeting, vendor management, and cost control initiatives What You’ll Need 7+ years of progressive IT experience, including at least 3+ years in an IT management or team leadership role Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and enterprise networking Proven experience in cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management Experience managing IT operations across multiple locations Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive cross-functional initiatives Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Leadership Abilities Strong leadership, ownership, and accountability Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment Decision-making under ambiguity Preferred Qualifications Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, Azure Solutions Architect, ITIL) Experience with cloud migration or digital transformation initiatives Experience in regulated industries, e.g. banking, financial services Who We Are PAX Technology is redefining the future of payments—and we’re looking for bold thinkers, builders, and innovators to join us.
