A company is looking for a Senior Rotatable Plug Assembly Component Design Engineer-Remote. Key Responsibilities
Design reactor structures and components from requirements through final design Coordinate inputs and requirements from engineering and project teams for design solutions Perform scoping analysis and calculations for various design options
Required Qualifications
B.S. degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent preferred Minimum of eight years of equipment/component design experience; relevant M.S. degree credited as two years of experience Working experience with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section III Experience in design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) Experience in finite element stress analysis and mechanical analysis methods, with emphasis on ANSYS
