Design and manage the development of curriculum assets for online and in-person learning Create engaging learning experiences in virtual settings and co-develop project plans for curriculum creation Facilitate communication and build relationships with stakeholders to support program adoption and implementation
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of curriculum development experience for adult audiences, preferably in vocational education 1-2 years of experience managing curriculum development projects Knowledge of best practices in adult learning and experience with online and blended learning programs Graduate in any field with a strong academic track record Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages (Hindi, Tamil, Marathi) is desirable
