Über
Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards for clinical and operational stakeholders Analyze clinic performance metrics (e.g., patient volume, revenue, throughput, staffing efficiency) Provide tailored and actionable insights to improve operational performance across franchised and corporate clinics Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems Act as a communication bridge between clinical field operators and technical analytics teams Gather and document business requirements from non-technical stakeholders Translate operational needs into clear technical specifications for BI developers/data engineers Present findings and insights in a clear and easy-to-follow data and impact "story" Manage multiple BI-related projects simultaneously, from intake through delivery Define scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders Track progress and ensure alignment with business priorities Identify risks and escalate issues as needed Monitor and triage incoming analytics requests via ticketing systems Prioritize requests based on urgency and business impact Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution Maintain documentation and status updates for all active requests Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or related field Proficiency in Power BI Strong SQL skills against a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake preferred) Experience working with ticketing systems, Monday.com and Azure DevOps Benefits:
