Insurance (12-Month FTC, up to £80,000) Were working with a global insurance business that is continuing to grow and invest in its change function, offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will suit someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, shaping business processes, and playing a key role across the full project lifecycle. Youll act as the bridge between business units and delivery teams, helping to solve complex business problems through effective and well-defined solutions. The Role Elicit, define, and document business processes and requirements across multiple business areas Act as a key liaison between stakeholders and project teams Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements Support delivery across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Drive improvements by recommending more efficient processes and solutions Manage requirements, scope, and changes throughout delivery Review outputs to ensure accurate interpretation of requirements Support testing, deployment, and ongoing business queries
