Our client is looking for a confident and customer-focused Motorcycle Sales Associate to join their growing dealership team in Luton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 2 years experience in automotive sales and administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Whats on Offer?

£29,000 per annum Performance-related incentives Permanent, full-time position 28 days paid holiday Opportunity to grow within an expanding motorcycle dealership Friendly team environment Smart casual dress code with branded clothing provided (TBC) Working Hours
Tuesday to Sunday 9:00am
5:00pm 1-hour unpaid break 6-day working week Key Responsibilities
Supporting customers throughout the motorcycle buying journey Managing online motorcycle listings and customer enquiries Handling sales administration and vehicle paperwork Delivering excellent customer service both in person and online Assisting with showroom presentation and motorcycle deliveries If you have strong communication skills, a passion for motorcycles, and experience within the automotive industry, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
