My Client are a highly regarded M&E Design Consultancy who are seeking a Mechanical Building Services Engineer to undertake design work and technical project co-ordination in their Dublin office. The successful Mechanical Building Services Engineer will be a part of a busy team providing Design, Project Management and Construction Supervision of building projects across a range ofhealthcare, educational and commercial office sectors and more. Knowledge & Skills: Strong technical ability in all aspects of Mechanical Engineering Services & Design Working experience of Revit BIM software Selecting materials, components, and manufacturing processes Reviewing and improving designs for performance, cost, and manufacturability Preparing technical reports, design calculations and specifications Ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations and environmental requirements Experience of client, vendor & contractor interaction & management Proactive, a good communicator with the ability to work well with others in a multifunctional project team Excellent level of attention to detail and accuracy Education & Experience: Relevant Qualification Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
