ERP Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ERP Analyst specializing in Epicor to play a key role in optimizing the systems and performance of our client, a well-established manufacturing company. Serving as a bridge between business needs and technological solutions, the candidate will help improve processes, configure the ERP system, and implement effective integrations and automations to support the organization’s growth.

Full-time. Permanent. 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Configure, optimize, and scale Epicor;
• Design, maintain, and improve BPM processes;
• Participate in system updates, testing, and deployments;
• Develop and maintain reports (SSRS) and write SQL queries;
• Ensure the performance and maintenance of SQL Server;
• Implement and maintain integrations;
• Automate business processes and optimize workflows;
• Maintain connections with MES/WMS systems;
• Provide daily support to users and resolve issues;
• Train and assist users in using the systems.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in ERP analysis, systems analysis, or business analysis;
• Hands-on experience with Epicor ERP;
• Strong understanding of business processes;
• Ability to translate business needs into technological solutions;
• Strong skills in SQL, reporting (SSRS), and integrations (API, EDI);
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Self-starter with an analytical mindset and a solution-oriented approach.
