We’re looking for a *Tier 3 Systems Engineer* who is equal parts brilliant engineer, trusted advisor, and calm problem-solver. You’ll handle a dynamic mix of high-impact projects, escalations, migrations, security implementations, and client consultations — all while delivering experiences that make clients say, “These guys are fantastic.”

*What You’ll Do*
· Serve as a senior technical escalation point and trusted advisor — translating complex issues into clear business value while keeping clients calm and confident.
· Lead high-impact projects: cloud migrations, security overhauls, Azure Virtual Desktop deployments, infrastructure upgrades, and modern management rollouts.
· Architect, optimize, and support environments involving Windows Server, Hyper-V/vSphere, Intune, Group Policy, SharePoint/OneDrive, network segmentation, and layered security tools.
· Conduct root-cause analysis on critical incidents and drive preventive improvements.
· Mentor Tier 1–2 technicians and help elevate technical standards and documentation.
· Apply strong sales-engineering instincts: ask insightful questions, uncover real needs, and recommend smart, cost-effective solutions.
· Embrace the dynamic MSP environment — shifting priorities, new client setups, and evolving technologies — while maintaining excellent organization and follow-through.
· Participate in the on-call rotation.
*No two days are the same*. You’ll move fluidly between deep technical work, help desk escalations, client conversations, project leadership, and continuous improvement.
*Who You Are*
· *3+ years* of strong experience in an MSP or multi-tenant IT environment.
· *4-year degree* in Physics, Mathematics, or a related physical science (or equivalent rigorous technical background).
· Deep hands-on expertise with:
– Network infrastructure, Windows Server, virtualization (Hyper-V & vSphere)
– Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Intune, Group Policy
– SharePoint/OneDrive architecture and migrations
– Layered cybersecurity tools and best practices
– Scripting and RMM optimization
– Bonus: Strong interest in Applied AI and modern management
· Exceptional communicator (written, verbal, and in-person) who stays composed under pressure.
· Highly organized with strong follow-through, yet flexible and adaptable when priorities shift quickly.
· Client-obsessed: you genuinely enjoy making clients’ lives easier and building long-term trust.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
