We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Dental Practice Manager to lead our team and manage the daily operations of our multi-location practice. In this role, you'll ensure smooth administrative workflows, provide support to our providers and team members, and cultivate a positive and efficient environment for both patients and the team. The ideal candidate will bring operational expertise, financial acumen, and strong team leadership to help drive practice growth and success.
Schedule: Full Time, Monday - FridayRequires travel between our locations in Wauwatosa, Oak Creek and Mequon ResponsibilitiesEnsure high-quality care through efficient workflows, aligning with clinical outcomes and KPIsOversee financial performance, manage budget, review financial reports, address discrepancies, and implement cost-reduction strategiesDevelop annual budgets, manage revenue cycle, ensure timely posting of charges and demographicsCollaborate with leadership team to execute strategic plan, including practice growth and performance initiativesFacilitate monthly practice review meetings with Doctors and team, ensuring goal alignment and addressing operational challengesImplement policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices and effective communicationAct as a liaison to resolve operational challenges and improve patient care qualityDesign and optimize staffing models, manage talent through, training, evaluations, and counselingHiring, onboarding and training new team membersPlease note that additional responsibilities may be assigned QualificationsRequirements High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of experience in managing a dental practice3+ years of experience in supervising and leading a large team Preferred SkillsBachelor’s degree Strong leadership and team management abilitiesExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExperience with dental practice management software Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applicationsThorough understanding of Business OperationsKnowledge of OSHA and HIPAA regulations We OfferCompetitive CompensationBenefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Flexible Spending Accounts, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and much more!

The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000/annually based on full-time employment.
