Role Description The Commission Sales Associate is a full-time, remote opportunity designed for a motivated individual to excel in a client-focused financial services environment. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying financial needs, and recommending tailored wealth management and insurance solutions. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial products, conducting client consultations, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and drive organizational growth.
Qualifications
Strong sales and client relationship management skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets
Knowledge of financial services, insurance products, and wealth management solutions
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for conducting client consultations
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
Licensed or willingness to become certified in relevant financial or insurance regulatory environments
