Required Experience 7+ years of experience eliciting business requirements from business stakeholders, system artifacts, or technical documentation. 7+ years of experience developing business requirements and process documentation including: Use Cases Process Flows Screen Mock-Ups Data Dictionaries 7+ years of experience creating test plans and test cases and executing: Functional Testing System Testing Regression Testing 7+ years of experience ensuring appropriate test coverage by mapping system requirements to test cases. 7+ years of experience identifying, documenting, tracking, and retesting application defects. Preferred Experience 2+ years of experience working with criminal justice or law enforcement systems, including but not limited to: Criminal History Processing ,Fingerprint Identification Systems, Statistical Reporting, Law Enforcement Information Systems
