Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Advise customers on service needs, estimates, and recommendations
• Coordinate with technicians and service staff for timely repairs
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and scheduling updates
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• FORD EXPERIENCE Preferred
• Previous Service Advisor or automotive service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Desire for long-term career growth
