Hyper Wellness Representative (Part-Time)

Are you focused on being the best you can be each and every day and prepared to help others achieve it as well? We are looking for high-energy individuals to join our team for 15 to 20 hours per week, with availability for full-day shifts (9:30 am to 7:00 pm) on weekdays and weekends.

  • Passion: You are obsessed with health and wellness.
  • Sales Savvy: If you can sell your friends on a movie, you can sell and prescribe our services.
  • Experience: At least one year of customer service in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Multitasking: You can balance high-energy sales with detailed store operations.
  • Availability: You are looking for a 1520 hour schedule and are comfortable working full-day shifts (9:30 am 7 pm) and weekends.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Client Services: Greet clients, conduct studio tours, and onboard new members by completing medical waivers and profiles.
  • Education & Sales: Serve as an expert on Restore services; sell memberships and service packages tailored to client goals.
  • Store Operations: Facilitate the booking and scheduling process; perform opening and closing procedures to maintain a safe, clean environment.
  • Team Support: Assist with store marketing, community outreach, and social media management.

A Day in the Life: The 9:30 to 7:00 Flow

  • 9:30 AM The Launch: You arrive to open the studio. You're prepping the Cryotherapy chamber, warming up the Infrared Saunas, and checking the books for a busy day of wellness.
  • 11:00 AM The First-Timer: A new client walks in curious about "the cold." You give them a high-energy tour, explain the science of Red Light Therapy, and settle their nerves with your expertise.
  • 1:00 PM The Mid-Day Rush: The studio is buzzing! You're multitaskingchecking in a regular for Compression, answering calls about IV Drips, and ensuring every suite is sparkling clean for the next guest.
  • 3:30 PM The "Hype" Moment: That first-timer finishes their session feeling like a superhero. You sit down with them, discuss their health goals, and close the sale on a membership so they can stay consistent.
  • 5:30 PM The Final Push: You're helping the afternoon crowd recover from their workday. You might assist the manager with a quick social media clip or reach out to local gyms to invite their trainers in for a tour.
  • 7:00 PM The Reset & Perk: Doors are locked and the studio is reset for tomorrow. Before you head out, you hop into the Cryotherapy chamber for 3 minutes to reset your own energy. You're done for the day!

You'll excel at connecting client needs with Restore's service offerings, building lasting relationships, and supporting each person's unique health journey. Your ability to juggle multiple prioritieswhile maintaining attention to detail and client carewill make you an indispensable part of the studio's success. As a Hyper Wellness Representative, you'll be the face of the studiocreating welcoming experiences, building client relationships, and driving sales that support long-term health transformations. This role blends client care, operations, and sales expertise to deliver exceptional results while making a meaningful impact on clients' wellness transformations in a dynamic, health-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Experience & Sales
  • Lead engaging studio tours that highlight the benefits of our services.
  • Deliver personalized sales and service experiences aligned with client goals.
  • Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines, and at-home care practices.
  • Develop customized wellness plans that support long-term health objectives.
  • Consistently achieve membership sales, renewals, and retail targets.
  • Client Relations & Operations
  • Guide clients through onboarding, including waivers and POS profile creation.
  • Manage inbound communications, scheduling, and service inquiries.
  • Conduct proactive outreach for promotions, events, and wellness opportunities.
  • Leverage referral systems and follow-up protocols to strengthen client relationships.
  • Studio Leadership & Flow
  • Act as the central hub for daily studio operations, ensuring smooth flow and satisfaction.
  • Anticipate and proactively address operational needs.
  • Support marketing initiatives, pre-sale events, and community programs.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.
  • Promote Restore's mission and enthusiasm for wellness in every interaction.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Experience: 1+ year in customer service (required).
  • Experience: 1+ year in sales (required).
  • Membership-based sales in the health/wellness/fitness industry (preferred).
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with technology and client management systems (training provided).
  • Proven success with membership sales and revenue growth.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and problem-solving.
