Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Laser lead extraction, Rotoblator, FFR, IVUS, Impella, IABP (balloon pump), EKOS, pacemaker, scrub and pan table, medrad, groin site management and monitoring

Unit/Facility Details: Parking: Agency can sign up for parking, which is $47.50 for the month or $23.75 for two weeks. We have plenty of parking. We are also minutes from the CTA Brown line if they decide to use public transportation

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weekend Rotation: Call only.

• On Call, Call Back Requirements: Weekends: Call Schedules are in 4-week increments. In a 4-week schedule, there will be 2 shifts needed for weekend coverage: either a Saturday and Sunday together or can be split up but will need a total of 2 weekend shifts in the 4-week schedule.  Weekday: 4-5 additional overnight call shifts per 4-week schedule  30-minute response time  No sleep room available

• Holiday Requirements: Possibility of on call.

Floating Requirements: To recovery area

7 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• CI (Cardiac Interventional Radiography)
