This individual will oversee SCADA, BMS, and EPMS integration efforts while coordinating with subcontractors, system integrators, commissioning teams, and project stakeholders to ensure successful controls execution from startup through final delivery.
*Responsibilities:*
* Lead controls integration efforts across SCADA, BMS, and EPMS environments
* Coordinate controls subcontractors and integration partners on complex projects
* Support commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, and system validation activities
* Oversee project execution for mission-critical and data center infrastructure environments
* Collaborate with engineering, operations, and field teams to ensure successful project delivery
* Ensure controls systems meet technical, operational, and commissioning requirements
*Preferred Technical Experience:*
* Ignition SCADA and Rockwell / Allen-Bradley control environments
* Industrial communication protocols including BACnet, Modbus, OPC-UA, and SNMP
* Controls commissioning and startup support
* SCADA, BMS, and EPMS systems integration
* Understanding of data center redundancy concepts and mission-critical infrastructure environments
*Qualifications:*
* Strong background in industrial automation, controls integration, or mission-critical systems
* Experience managing complex controls projects and coordinating subcontractors
* Prior data center or critical infrastructure experience is highly preferred
* BSEE preferred but not required for candidates with strong industry experience
* Strong communication and project coordination skills
