*WHAT YOU'LL DO*
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines supporting enterprise integrations, data migration, and analytics needs - Collaborate directly with application teams and business stakeholders to define data requirements across operational, financial, regulatory, and customer domains - Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes that ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery to downstream consumers - Implement data quality checks, reconciliation workflows, and monitoring controls that support auditability and compliance - Curate trusted datasets for enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives, making data accessible and reliable for decision-makers - Document data mappings, flows, and technical designs to support long-term maintainability and knowledge transfer - Partner with internal teams and external vendors to align data solutions with enterprise-wide standards and architecture
*WHAT YOU BRING*
*Must-Have Qualifications:*
*-* 10+ years of professional IT experience with a focus on data engineering, data integration, or analytics roles - Strong, hands-on SQL skills and deep experience working with relational data platforms - Proven experience in data design and architecture across both relational and NoSQL databases - Experience supporting enterprise systems such as ERP, CIS/Billing, CRM, or asset management platforms - Familiarity with cloud-based enterprise platforms and hybrid data architectures - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
*Nice-to-Have Qualifications:*
*- *Experience supporting large-scale system implementations or platform transitions (migrations, consolidations, upgrades) - Hands-on work with cloud-based data and integration platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, or similar) - Background in regulated industries such as utilities, energy, financial services, or healthcare - Strong written communication and documentation skills — you leave things better than you found them
