Home Remodeling Pros of Central PA is a growing home remodeling company dedicated to transforming bathrooms, kitchens, and basements into beautiful, functional spaces. Our team takes pride in quality craftsmanship, strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional results.

We are seeking an experienced, motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will meet with homeowners, understand their renovation goals, and guide them through the remodeling process-from initial consultation to signed contract.

We're looking for a driven, personable sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate is confident in the home, skilled at building trust quickly, and motivated by performance-based earnings.

You're a great fit if you:

  • Are a natural communicator who can connect easily with homeowners

  • Are confident presenting and closing sales
  • Can listen to customer needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Stay organized and follow through from consultation to close using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Are self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule effectively
  • Bring a positive attitude and high level of professionalism

Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience in home improvement, construction, or in-home sales
  • Are familiar with kitchens, bathrooms, or basement remodeling projects
  • Have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

You'll be the face of our company-meeting directly with homeowners, understanding their vision, and guiding them through the remodeling process from first conversation to signed agreement.

In this role, you will:

  • Meet with pre-qualified homeowners for in-home consultations
  • Build rapport quickly and establish trust with clients
  • Evaluate spaces and identify remodeling opportunities for kitchens, bathrooms, and basements
  • Prepare accurate estimates and pricing proposals
  • Close sales during the consultation or through timely follow-up
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the sales process
  • Keep organized records of appointments, proposals, and customer interactions
  • Represent the company with professionalism and a customer-first mindset
