Assistant Store Manager

Assumes full responsibility for the operation of a Goodwill Retail store when the manager is not on duty. Responsible for leading, motivating, coaching and training the store employees while achieving and maximizing sales goals in compliance with company goals, policies and procedures.

Must have prior retail/operations management experience. Ready-to-wear environment preferred. Associates degree preferred. Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in the English language both oral and written is required. Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
